This special tableware, made to mark the 250th anniversary of the company, is a celebration of all the exceptional art devices of porcelain work.
Thus, in the "Kurland Royal Noir" dinner service from KPM, glazed surfaces are combined with reliefs of matt bisque porcelain.
The special thing however is mainly the colour: Deep rich black surfaces on which the 24-carat gold relief and the white surfaces glow dramatically.
Each element of the "Kurland Royal Noir" dinner service is painted by hand at the KPM porcelain manufacturer, refined with gold and polished.
The result is a spectacular visual and haptic result – that is only possible thanks to KPM's porcelain know-how gathered over the last 250 years.
